Organizational Affiliations
Hospice Alliance is a non-profit, stand-alone hospice, not affiliated with a medical system.
The Hospice Alliance Foundation was incorporated in 1997 as a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) Corporation. The Foundation supports Hospice Alliance, and seeks contributions to expend for the benefit of Hospice Alliance, Inc.
Hospice Alliance is a United Way of Kenosha County agency.
Organizational affiliations include:
- The HOPE (Hospice Organization and Palliative Experts) of Wisconsin
- NHPCO--National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization
- Kenosha County Long Term Care Workforce Alliance
- Kenosha County Resource Board (under direction of Kenosha Aging and Disability Center)
